二、活动方案:
1.活动目标:
以备课组的课为突破口,切实提高英语组团队的教学水平。
2.活动时间:2021年12月22日
3.活动地点:南京市齐武路小学
4.参加对象及人数:南京市齐武路小学三年级全体英语老师
5.执教者(主讲人)及课题:徐丹 《Would you like a pie?》
三、研讨记录
徐丹老师首先进行了说课和教学反思,徐丹老师认为本节课教学设计从教学目标出发,符合孩子的年龄特征,孩子们参与度高,配合默契好。尤其是板书设计,清楚地体现了课文脉络。但是在时间分配上不够精确,导致在拓展环节时间不够,没有给孩子足够的展示时间。
徐老师的说课和反思后,同组教师也进行了研讨。
孙老师: 本节课小组活动形式丰富,师生互动,生生互动,同桌合作,小组合作等。
周老师: 徐老师需要注意一下教师课堂用语可以更加简洁精炼,过渡语可以更加自然。
李老师:徐老师用火车归类游戏导入本节课新词,并同时复习了旧知,导入很自然
孙老师:徐老师PPT制作精美,视觉效果加,板书设计给人留下了非常深刻的印象。

1. Learn new words
T: Today is a sunny day. They want to have a picnic. (野餐)What do they need?
Can you help them think about it?
S:一些汉堡
T: Some hamburgers.
S: Some oranges.
S:一些饮料。
T: Some drinks.
T: Yes, they need some food, some fruit and some drinks. Look, what’s this? It’s a pie. (呈现馅饼图)
S: (跟读pie)
T: Pie, pie, a nice pie. (示意学生跟读)
T: Look at this cake. (呈现蛋糕图)It’s great. What about this one? It’s big. It’s a big cake.

T: Helen is happy at the picnic. So she invites Yang Ling and her friends to her home. Today is a sunny day. Yang Ling, Su Hai, Wang Bing and Liu Tao go to visit Helen.Helen is happy to see them. What can they say? Please make a dialogue.
Step 4 Summary

1. 听录音,有感情地跟读课文3遍,并表演对话。
2. 运用所学句型与朋友分享食物
教学反思:
在本课中,我充分利用教学资源,使课堂气氛活跃,同时在整个教学过程中改变了由"老师教,学生学”的旧模式。通过师生之间的许多交流,充分体现了以学生为主体,教师为主导,充分当好"导演”的角色,充当了教学过程中的组织者、观察者、协调者、控制者及咨询者,引导学生主动探索学习,使学生在老师的领航中学会在娱乐中学习,使教学具有娱乐性、层次性,系统性、连贯性、实践性、开放性,创意性和艺术性,教学效果大大提高了。同时,这堂课在教学过程中存在着一些不足之处,需要以后更加注意并纠正。第一,在教授新词的过程中,在部分学生提前说出了未教过的单词时,教师应及时给予鼓励,这样能很好地激发学生学习英语的信心和兴趣。第二,在让学生认读的过程中,学生认读正确时,要让他充当小老师,带领其他学生一起朗读,进行巩固;学生认读有误时,给他纠正后,要让他跟读几遍,加强巩固。第三,在做游戏时,应尽量让所有学生都能参与进游戏中,不能只让部分学生参与。第四,操练对话时需要让更多人参与进来并且要有更多形式。以上是我对本节课做的教学反思,这对我今后教学有很大的帮助。
六、备课组活动及照片
凝聚智慧 奋力前行
为了提升英语教师教学水平,促进学生成长性思维的发展,2021年12月22日上午第一节课,英语组的徐丹老师执教Uni7 Would you like a pie?为英语组老师带来了一节活泼生动的课。
徐老师从火车游戏导入,学生在欢乐的氛围中自然感知新知,引入课题,既复习旧知,又引入新知,同时也发散了学生的思维,锻炼了其思维品质。在教授story time时,徐老师设计的问题层层深入,Listen and answer-What food are mentioned in the story? Watch and choose-What would Helen like? 帮助学生理解课文。在拓展环节上徐老师通过role-play等让学生对所学的内容进行拓展。学生整组人员进行角色扮演,培养学生的合作精神。之后让学生讨论同学的生日会应该穿什么,打开学生的思维和想象力,让学生去大胆想象。通过分享来让增加学生的词汇量和文化的意识。
在之后的研讨环节中,英语组教师高度肯定了徐老师的本节课,认为徐老师从教学目标出发,设计教学流程,符合学生的认知水平和年龄特点,学生参与度特别高,师生配合默契。同时各位教师也给予了一定的建议。
每一次的备课组活动,全体英语教师都积极参与,上课教师认真备课,听课教师积极研讨,相信我们齐小的英语团队在这样的氛围下会共同学习,共同进步!
